Sorry, I have not seen your comment earlier. I have not used philips sky so can't tell but the main difference is in porta glow you get 3 led colours & in sky you get white led & you can't change led colour. Porta glow, philips orbit & amazonbasics halo are 3 similar lamps, you can also watch those videos.

If you want to go for replaceable Led lamp, then you can use 5watt led buld, light will be sufficient. If you want to go with a lamp of inbuild LED. Go with Deco lamp. Led colour is balanced & it's very comfortable for eyes.
