Get your light right. Get morning and evening sunlight in the eyes. Wear blue light blockers 2 hours before bed. Circadian disruption and leptin resistance are huge hormone drivers.

In that video, you use Truvani's protein powder (Vanilla). I was thinking of ordering it and using it for my smoothies to get in more protein.
