Small correction: Elena is not the only non-boss Street Fighter character with a healing move. Rose in Street Fighter 5 can heal herself with her v skill 1. She is also a healer in SF Duel, for whatever that's worth :p

I don't know if anyone remembers "waku waku 7", but Teese had an attack that heals her while also damaging the oponent ( even if the damage was just 1ps), and also Fernandez (final boss, so non-playable) could deal a lot of damage while healing itself.

Surprised Yukiko Amagi from Persona 4 didn't even make an honorable mention. She's in both Persona 4 Arena games and Blazblue Cross Tag and along with her zoning moves, she has a healing move that can heal her (and her teammate in Blazblue) for a good amount health depending on how long you hold that pose. Not only that, if performed next to the opponent, it actually has knockback on start-up.

I knew Celica was going to be here I’m surprised there’s no Yukiko. Yukiko heals it has knockback and projectile invincibility. Every DP in Persona self chips but everyone below 30 HP goes into awakening which gives extra HP extra If she heals back all of her life then she has more life than she did at the start

An Honorable mention to Jill Valentine in MvC2 where one of her assists is healing her active partner's red health using herbs, the main healing item in Resident Evil, it's a nice touch. That moves is what made me pick her as part of my team in MvC2, also I believe that Sonson has a similar assist in the same game.

My favorite healer in fighting games is Yukiko Amagi, specifically in BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle because while you best your opponent into a crimson paste, Yukiko can heal you and herself if you input the right command.

Gotta give a dark shout-out to Hanatarou in Bleach: Shattered Blade who, as a joke character, and a member of the Healing Corps, has a sword that heals its targets. He can only deal damage by using either his body, the blunt side of his sword, or his Bankai Mode that gives him some kind of scalpel

I have an idea. A super move that heals the opponent. But. BUT! If your opponent's health maxes out you basically "overload" them and they explode and lost like all but one pixel of health. See, it's a move that's basically useless in almost every context but if you catch em they're fuuuucked. I should be coding right now...
