Well Sing 1 took place in Moon's home town, and it was mainly about Moon trying to put on a singing competition to save his theater from being closed down. Sing 2 took place in Redshore City where Porsha lives, and it was about Moon and his group putting on a show there to impress an entertainment mogul. I think you can understand why Porsha couldn't be in Sing 1. Though I read Sing 3 is in development.

No. Different studios owned by completely different companies. Zootopia is Disney and Sing is Universal. Different art styles and different kinds of movies. Zootopia has anthropomorphic animals but are more like the animals just standing on two legs but the animals in Sing are proportioned more like people. Take the lynx, lion and porcupine characters for example. It would be interesting if they were in the same world tho
