Bravely Default gets way too much credit. The gameplay, job system and difficulty options were cool, but literally half the game is a huge drag. I don't understand how people overlook that so much. It's shocking they got away with that scam of artificial game length.

I've played ever version of animal crossing and I love the series so much much however I refuse to rebuy this game, the first time I had owned new leaf was when it first came out then was stolen anyhow I upgraded to the new 3dsxl and in all honestly the downside to playing animal crossing is you have to play everyday to avoid annoyances , unless your a kid and don't have a busy schedule dont buy the game

Bravely Default if you love turn-based RPG's but the middle of the game is sooooooooooooooooo boring and repetitive. I had to push to get through it because it was so boring. The ending was great though. Never saw it coming.

WHAT NO SHOVEL KNIGHT!? The game is awesome with three game modes no level is played the same way the levels are very challenging and fun with a new unlock able attack hidden in each level and some paths in past levels require the new attacks from future levels to get secrets it is one of the most underrated games ever in my opinion

So many of these games I own but haven't gotten around to play yet, like Animal Crossing and Monster Hunter. I liked Bravely Default for the most part, I loved the old school feel but I hated that one particular repetitive chapter. I'm currently still working on Pokemon Moon, but I'm loving it so far. Great quality of life features added to it! Some other recommendations: Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D (good but can be tough/frustrating), Zelda Link Between Worlds (fantastic sequel to LTTP), Mario Party (if you have someone else to play with), Mega Man legacy collection (portable Megaman!), Pokemon X/Y/OR/AS (I love them all), Rune Factory 4 (a nice mix of Harvest Moon + action RPG), Senran Kagura (for the adults!), Shovel Knight (love NES games? you'll love this!), Star Fox 64 3D (lovely port), Smash Bros (not as good as using a Gamecube controller, but still awesome on the go), Theatrhythm Final Fantasy (if you love FF music, you NEED this) and Xenoblade Chronicles 3D (must have N3ds, but very long and awesome RPG).

Retro Power Up || which Mario Party would you recommend? the last one I played was Mario Party DS

For the 3DS there are only two: Island Tour and the more recent Star Rush. Island Tour plays more like the older ones where you are NOT in a cart together. Star Rush is a bit different as it isn't a normal Mario Party board, but like a grid of spots you can move to. It plays faster too because everyone rolls together and moves at the same time, which speeds up gameplay a lot, which is great for a handheld game. I don't think you'd go wrong with either one. And you only need one cart, you can do download play with either game (Star Rush you can even preload the multiplayer mode).

yes im watching videos for both already and i can't really decide... island tour is more like the older game, but it's just about luck for the most part. In Star rush the maps aren't that big and I don't really like the free walking thing. It's pretty hard to decide as both games look pretty fun, but thanks for your help and your game recommendations! shovel knight also looks pretty interesting.

I wasn't too big of a fan of Sun/Moon, I felt like there was nothing to do post-game after the Ultra Beasts and the "wifi plaza" thing wasn't really that great, but I'm hopeful Nintendo will fix and change some things around to make it more fun! It can't be easy to fill the boots of ORAS, but I just want more to do than what I could do in Sun/Moon and it seems we'll get just that!

I only have 2 of the games on that list. Which is Mario 3d Land and Zelda Ocarina Of Time. Though I still so badly want to get that Kirby game. Hopefully next month I will finally get it. But the rest of the games that were mention. I really don't have that much interest in. 10 of my prefer 3ds games are: Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask Zelda Majora's Mask Zelda A Link Between Worlds Dragon Quest 7 Poochy and Yoshi's Woolly World Super Mario Bros. 2 Tetris Axis Mario Maker Paper Mario Sticker Star I can't believe no one likes the Professor Layton games.
