Pretty good list. As someone whose favorite guild is orzhov and plays a ton of orzhov (and mardu & esper), my only real criticism would be of Despark. I've been cutting that card more & more. Might just be my spikey meta, but I've found that card to be dead in my hand more than I'm glad to draw it. Its still a good card, but I feel like its always better in theory than in practice. So many of the high power, high impact, actual threats are cmc 3 or lower. Like I said, could just be my meta, but Despark has been more of a trap for me

I think you are selling Liesa short. I built an orzhov lifegain/drain deck with a different commander. Planned to durdle around quite a bit cause it's fun, and you can when you have tons of life. Then I swapped her in, and jeez. I started ending games TOO quickly. The 2 life drain at all times adds up very quickly, and just always having a 5/5 flying lifelinker which is a 10 life swing every turn is just brutal. How will they keep her off the board if you gain enough life? The pressure she puts on is ridiculous. It's probably too much, and I might have to swap her back so my friends don't hate me.

Maybe once you get through the Ravnica guilds you can go thru the shards of alara/clans of tarkir sets, I don’t expect a top 10 but maybe a top five or something

3 Mana for interaction is a lot. Not every Deck want to play Anguish Unmaking. Tymna should be #1 And where are Lurrus and Kunoros? They should be high on the List.

I would love to make a removal tribal orzov edh deck but it would get too much hate especially since it wouldn’t win till very late in the game or people rage quit lol

sad to see a few year old channel with less then 20k subs. Also as a avid Orzhov commander player.... Orzhov cards are incremental value and efficient removal, but Orzhov decks aren't even semi cedh competitive. Currently EDH is about ramp, card draws, and game ending combos and Orzhov doesn't have much of those in its color.

Karmic guide+reveillark Karmic guide+fiend hunter Sun titan+fiend hunter Reveillark+fiend hunter Grave titan+ashnods's altar+nim death mantle Requiem angel+Divine visitation(this can win with any sac outlet by swarming if I have Teysa) I can list more if you like.

@@Lonewanderer6666 i can get infinite enter the battlefield and infinite exit the battlefield. Using those I can get infinite card draw, infinite mill, infinite Mana, infinite damage, infinite scry, infinite tokens, infinite recursion, gain infinite life, force my opponents to sac infinite creatures, etc. I don't need infinite combat steps or turns if they just die to my combo. It didn't matter if you "don't consider it infinite" if I can infinitely do it and win.

I really like the idea of playing orzhov. I was hoping to get some ideas here.. but, if this list is any indication, orzhov has basically zero powerful cards? Can this possibly be true? There’s nothing stronger than this? Would it even be possible to build a high power or maybe even cedh orzhov deck? I mean, maybe the pingers could be part of a combo of something but would Tymna with no partner literally be better than any other orzhov commander? Wtf? That’s kinda shitty. Is there are single orzhov card that would be playable in cEdh that’s not named Tymna?

Nah boii anguished is almost always the best 3 mana removal if not the best

@@JacobSmith-rh2sr It is an amazing card, but it becomes a dead card once Ashaya drops, because she turns all their nontoken creatures into Forest lands. Don't get me wrong, Anguished Unmaking is still an auto include, but I felt this was worth mentioning.

Cards are not Orzhov unless they say Orzhov, or are from that block. Black and white cards existed in the 90s and 2000s, remember? That really bothers a lot of people.
