I was born and brought up in Dharwad. Spent 30 years of my life. A beautiful town it was once. Now totally spoilt by the most corrupt municipality and corporator. It has become so dirty. The market is full of ghutka spit and unruly crowd. It is my hometown and I feel so bad about it.
