What a lovely park,that I used to visit often,when I lived in SD.I remember the reflecting pond,the organ recitals,and the Spanish village.I did go to some of the museums,when I had the money.I either walked through the park or rode my bike.I sure had some fun and beautiful times.I even had drinks for Happy hour in the local restaurant.

i live in sd and i’ve been to Balboa park 1 million times, trust me it is not that interesting at first it may seem like it is but after a while it’s like you’ve seen everything and you’re just tired of it. tbh the zoo is the only good thing

My Dad used to take us to Aunt Boots who lived among the canals at Balboa park,im, 41,this was late 80s,it was so fun.

Oviedo is beautiful, cute little city with lots of tradition. We went to market the one day and in the square they performed traditional dance. My daughters host Mom taught us about pouring the Cidre. Great time and so clean.

You skipped over part of San Diego history. The International Cottages built 1935. Every weekend 11am-4pm each cottage houses countries from around the world providing history, culture, arts and treats/tea with donation. Otherwise this is free!

None of the indoor spaces are. They are preparing to open soon. I just noticed alot of people out in the park enjoying the outdoors. The Zoo is open though.

Hi! I was there on a saturday from 9-11am. I would recommend going on a week day as there are way less people around.

All the lots i saw were free. They just fill up fast on busy weekends. With the pandemic going on parking isnt a problem.
