I'm from fuzhou, fujian province, China.I've been there. I stayed there for a few days. There was a place ，there were lots of little sharks. You can swim with small sharks. There are also good snorkeling places, a lot of beautiful coral, beautiful fish. I love LANGKAWI.My video can also let you know about China.

This travelog is more for the foreigners budget ..quite pricey ..for the locals there are other options ..but must rajin to mingle around & discover by yourself..but hotels in langkawi are getting truly expensive ..rm 100+ only get motel or inn...most star hotels price 600- 5k a night..walawei.. 😂

Agree that Langkawi isn't cheap even for foreigner. Sometimes the hotel offers best deal compare to OTA. Just need to research more I guess.

There is condo near HIG complex. RM200/pernight (2015). Not sure how much their charge now. 3 Rooms/2 bathroom. Suitable for family. Free steamyx. Not many know this.

Actually lots to do..and don't have to spend that kind of money...waste of money...even if my money grow on trees. Wanna go cheap, budget, rent a bike and ride around the island....lots of places to see and enjoy for the amount they pay for 3 hr jet ski ride...I can spend in Langkawi and have the greatest time of my life for 3 days. Trust me, I was having a restuarant in Kuah town and have been staying in Langkawi Cenang and Tengah Areas for a couple of years and Kuah town for 1 1/2 year before I migrate to Sweden.
