@@rossg2964 :( i realised. ever since rank reset (from mammoth to elk) i know lose almost all of my matches thanks to teammates who get a terror shock 2 seconds in the game and hunters who were at the top are now a lower rank.i feel like no matter how good i can kite we still lose the match and it's pretty depressing.smh i'm just tired of getting demoted and i can't find anyone to play with.

I agree! On my first account around the end of season 1 beginning of season 2 I was hoping back & forth from elk tier to mammoth tier. Now on my new account I can’t get past Elk tier II. Not to say this game has become hunter sided but hunters have gotten lazy nerfs. You had to have skill to use hunters like ripper & hell ember to successfully win ranked.

There’s a crunch perk in the right side of the survivor persona tree called Borrowed Time. (Every survivor build should at least contain it and Tide Turner) Borrowed Time activates when the last cipher is finished. It heals one damage to a survivor’s health. This means if you’re at 1/2 health, you’re fully recovered. If you’re incapacitated, you’re at 1/2 health. If you have 3/4 damage, then it heals you to 1/4. If you’re at 1/4, you’re completely recovered. Plus it gives you a 50% speed boost for five seconds, this is a big deal since it creates distance between you and the hunter. Because of BT’s activation requirement, survivors “prime” the fifth cipher, which is to complete 99% of a cipher. You should decode the last 1% IMMEDIATELY when: a teammate is downed by the hunter (attack recovery animation is still playing when the speed boost begins for your teammate to create some distance), when a teammate gets rescued and gets downed or hit again (Tide Turner), etc. If you fail to decode the last 1% of the cipher fast enough, the hunter’s attack recovery animation would already be almost finished. Why is this important? Most hunters use the perk Detention (south on the Persona web) that insta-downs survivors (worth 2 hits) upon the activation of the exit gates and lasts for two minutes. Because of this factor, the timing of the last cipher is important. Don’t do it before someone saves or there’s a chance that someone on the chair can be rescued. Hope this helps! Among the mid tiers, this play has become a norm and priming the last cipher is crucial. I wish you luck! IDV can be extremely frustrating 😂

Clown to an extent, you can make the argument of him faking the dash to get them to waste it then quickly get the hit in, feaster is unreliable especially in early Match when he has nothing, that’s why in my opinion hell ember is still weak but definitely much better

I think it's most useful for when you have to leave your cipher half way done and come back looking for it to finish it. Say the hunter comes when you are decoding. Another team mate might come across it and finish it for you. It's always super annoying when you get in a match and there are no ciphers done - but actually there are some partially done but never finished because of hunter appearances, the stickers in my opinion make it easier to find it. Still when you are starting a game and you emote. You are also telling a hunter who was there so they will try to look for you if you hide. e.e It's super annoying. Some people will say it's better not to emote. But for me personally I get really annoyed when no ciphers have been done and I can't find any with partial progress because then I feel resentful towards my team mates for leaving me with all the work and fooling around with the hunter

I'm confused this is a top ranked player. You gave away your position by vaulting when the hunter lost sight of you. I dont get why someone would play magician in rank. dont get me wrong, im not hating or anything. the gameplay was extraordinary but can anyone tell me whats so good about magician? I always play perfumer in rank and theres always a magician in our team. and if they die first at the beginning, we basically lose because he's so hard to save. and he might get terror shocked if he uses his wand.
