Thanks, so helpful. I couldn't find the link for your tracks video you talked about, can you post it please?

Hi there, thanks for the note and apologies for the delay, I've been away with work. I've rewatched the video and I think you're asking for a link to the palsy for all the tracks, is that right before I send the wrong thing 👍🏻

Multilane is for clubs. Analog clubs. For home use, there's digital system. What I don't like of digital system is that I hardly find 6 friends running together, but if you have them, why don't evaluating a digital system?

How do standalone cars go on Scalextric? I know that the Scalextric tight slot makes Scalextric car harder to driver on other tracks, but mirrorly, I suppose that not Scalextric cars may have guides that hardly fit in Scalextric slot
@trackfanstv26 күн бұрын
@@mattiapresti7295 the scalextric cars will run on other tracks, it's when you want to use a carerra car in scalextric you would need to change the guide as their cars come with guides that are to thick for scalextric track. All the other brands are winter-usable, hope it helps, good question 👌🏻

@trackfanstv Maybe this means that slotcars are less compatible and location dependant than usually said. In EU we are used at Ninco, Carrera, Policar, Polistil, they have them all the slot wide almost the same, wider than Scalextric. All our standalone cars run godly on theese systems, meanwhile Scalextric result unstable. Buying a Scalextric track and discover that other cars don't fit in would be quite annoying. I'm sure that you brits have your own makers of standalone cars that look at Scalextric system, but outside UK maybe is Scalextric that doesn't work well

Question , outside track takes longer so this guy will lose how can i even that up!!!!!!
@trackfanstv Жыл бұрын
You run for three minutes doing laps on the inside then swap lanes and run three minutes laps on the outside. After each heat make a note of where on the track each car finished so that if you and your opponent finish with the same amount of laps you'll be able decide on that last lap who got further and thus, wins 👍🏻

It's known as segmented racing 😉

Stay warned in using scalextric as a word. I'm not british so I've never seen any Scalextric. If you write Scalextric, I don't see the video

Nice one Mattia, this video was from when I first started. I think I went about 6 months before realising scalextric was slot cars not the other way around 😳🤯🤣🤣🤣

@trackfanstv Yeah, I've never seen any Scalextric. Not all the world is the same. In southern Europe Scalextric is very rare, we have had many makers which, actually I don't find reasons to buy Scalextric. The only pro it has is that the track is tight so fits well in tiny apartments, but then I would have issues in running other makes cars because the Scalextric slot is the smallest
