Great advice, Kayleigh! I would add: really listen to your clients during consultations. Focus on what they want, not what you want to do. My second tip is to find your niche in makeup, specialize in it, and then educate yourself as much as possible. Keep honing your skills until you perfect that specialty. I wish I had done that 20 years ago!
