Hey, this is Dirt Farm, Wales, UK. Great trail centre if you're in this part of the world and like the fast flowy stuff with some serious jumps on the other lines!

@@midlifecrisisvlog I'm only 12 hrs away... That is, it's 10pm here when it's 10 AM there... sigh. That's some smooth soft farmland. Here in Wellington (NZ) it would be a slippery set of ruts with the rain we've had lately. Noice.

Takes me 4 hours in the car but that's much easier than having to go round the world! I'm told it's not great in the rain as it becomes slippery but I've only had it damp in the mornings when I've been. Some good trails out your way! Would be one hell of a trip! 😁

@@midlifecrisisvlog Thing with New Zealand... If it's not a hill it's Canterbury, Hamilton or the sea. Wellington is all hills so lots of tracks.. yet no way up other than the odd drivable start points. Luckily one of my fav's is rotten rock so drains quick. I felt NZ is a bit like the Cotswolds and Scotland thrown in a blender.

@@midlifecrisisvlog 4hrs... Do you have much any closer... I'm in a place called Qwhiro Bay. 5 mis from the centre of the capital. a minute from the ocean. 15 from Makara (most of my videos). I used to get to Rotorua in 4 hrs (Its 450k away and the speed limit is 100k. (blush), But i haven't ridden roadbikes for 20+ years...😁

Every time I see a video of people riding here it amases me that people know what trail they are running, it looks so confusing with very little signage 🤣

Ha ha! Yeah it takes a little bit to learn the trails where they all merge and go their separate ways! I was completely lost the first couple of times! 😂

it always amazes me how idiots still stand about in the middle of a trail with no clues as to who may be coming round the band or over that hill . . . . . if your reading this and your that guy or girl then please stop it pull over to the side of the trail to chat or whatever

I think they were having a little session on the jumps at the bottom, it's still amazing how unaware some people are on the trails. Especially on some of the faster sections! I've been down the top section of this run before and a group of people were stood in the trail over one of the larger crests and it was way too close for comfort! Be aware folks!!!

there was something over at FOD recently on a YT channel where they were barrelling down launchpad and 2 or 3 people were just milling around at the bottom of a fast section i think the l;ad was having a piss but he just suddenly appeared and jumped out of the way the lad father was more upset at the fact the rider swore at him . . . . yeah shit rolls downhill i guess

It was the same back in my days at the skatepark. People just sitting around where you're trying to ride and not aware of what everyone else is doing. It's an educational point for new riders but doesn't help if youre the one bombing down the trail and come across them! I did see a video recently where someone walked across the front of a drop and got clouted by the riders wheel 🫣

@FirstNameLastName-ev3jk 😂😂 it's a normal stopping point to be fair but there's plenty of space either side of the trail to get out the way for any idiots trying to do a full mountain run 😬😜
