Here's my personal fatty liver reversal journey: 1. Totally stop sugary food (No Additive Sugar) whereas you can eat any fruit 2. Reduce Roti intake (if you eat 2 cut it to 1 or 1.5 max) 3. Say no to egg yolks 4. Workout (4-5 kms walk for 1 month then jog for 500 m per day) keep this routine to 3 months 5. Drink Beet root drink 6. Please be-aware of any sort of Red Meat as Dr Sahar mentioned it contains a single useful chemical but rest is excessive fats (Ref: Red meat may be high in protein, but digesting it is a taxing job for your liver. - Narayana Health ) 7. Eat green vegetables (Kheera, Gobi, Salad) 8. Stop bakery items ( biscuits, mitahi, papay, white sugar etc) 9. Never ever drink any soda drink it contains huge amount of sugar 10.Have at least 7- 9 hours sleep.
