My man, I have been looking for a producer on my level that uses sounds I "Need" for about 2-3 years now, I'm dated regarding my sounds and I honestly haven't been too creative lately because of my sound selection. I came across you recently in my search engine and I'm glad I found you bro! I'm not "Cheep"' but I refuse to spend money on VST that only have about 7% of sounds I'd use. In my experience, I have always gotten the short end of the stick in terms of my purchases. Great stuff man, and love the fact you can jam too! If you like Pigments, get the real deal, Dune 3, or wait for this $1 monster Genesis Pro. But Dune 3 is, tried and true and sounds oh so amazing. Also Arturia analog lab is good for two things, live and adding a lasf minute sound to a mix. It essentially turns your live rig into a rompler / VA, with uninspiring sounds. Money better spent on U-HE and Synapse.

I knew he played in church. My man has skills! Most of the producers I worked with in my studio were or had been musicians in church from a young age. They just know music and how to get the soul to come out. Many have industry placements and produce and write secularly too.

I was worries the Arturia Keylab was only compatible with the VST it comes with but I'm glad to know I can use it with Kontakt or Omnisphere so I can get some horns, violins, flutes, and other instruments outside of piano and synth, and be able to use that gorgeous controller. Yup, +1 for the Korg, it used to cost thousands for the workstations, even the rack was around $1,700, hundreds more for the expansion modules, and now you can get the whole collection, plus the classics including the M1 and the Wavestation with all expansions in one VST package for just a few hundred bucks. How time flies...

Hey Cantu.. I use Ableton so i wouldn't know but i would imagine you'll want to head to your preferences and scan the folder where you have your VST stored

I use GarageBand and (bout to purchase Logic) yes, the Triton vst works with it.

It's more than likely your hard drive. If you have a slow hard drive it takes longer to pull up files. Or could be something funky with the install or the way its optimized for your particular hardware.

Especially for audio stuff, pulling up samples, sample based instruments, kontakt instruments etc. I suggest getting SSD hard drives. They are pretty cheap now a days. I'd make sure your next macbook has one! I'm a PC laptop guy so I just bought one aftermarket and installed it. Not sure if you can do that with macbooks.
