Man, Hugh must feel so proud. Guy is pioneering what it means to be living the wishes of so many people through his phenomenal ability to act. Gives it his all, lives the role for his adult life, gets to see and hear the thunderous applause and reactions from his work after all this time. Ryan was a champion for making this film more about Wolverine than Deadpool.

The inevitable reality is that one day (after he's done it till he's 90) somebody will eventually take the mantle of Logan/Wolverine after Hugh, and I'm sure they'll do their best with him. To those who say nobody can replace him, yes, somebody can and will, but Hugh will always be the first, at the very least we as fans can hold that in our hearts.

I'm not sure how my man Hugh Jackman pulls off those Abs at his age. At 35, I literally have to devote almost an hour everyday, 7 days a week, to working my Abs to keep my highly defined 8-Pack. I also have a "cheating advantage" since I have a nasty metabolism issue which requires me to eat a diet of about 8,000 calories a day to maintain my 265 lbs and not allow my body fat to drop below 7% on my 6'7" frame. If I drop below 4,000 calories a day for a couple of days in a row, my body quickly sheds my body fat percentage to the point my organs start to shut down. When this happens, my body can easily become dehydrated and as such, I am nothing but carved highly veiny muscle which is very unattractive lol. Even with this, I still must work my stomach hard to continue to have highly defined abs. It's almost as if my body starts to eat my stomach muscles first when I don't eat as I should. I have to eat an extremely balanced diet of low-fat meats, veggies, and moderate amounts of fruit. I can subsidize some of my diet with "good stuff" such as ice cream and other sweet treats, natural and processed, as long as I don't go crazy otherwise the sugars can actually hurt what I am trying to accomplish with my diet. I also have to switch my diet up quite a bit and often as my body seems to get "used to" some of the foods and they no longer have the desired effect on my body. Also, processed foods for the most part have to remain non-existent in my diet. I can fudge a bit with them, but not much and not often.

Well, the method they use to make his abs look super defined is something people should never do. They basically dehydrate him severely over the course of a few days. The first day, they let him drink a liter of water. Second day, half a liter. Third day, no water. According to Henry Cavill, at this point, "you can smell water." The dehydration makes his skin sit on his muscles, causing them to look like that.
