Daisy, I haven’t had a buyer purchase from them before, so I unfortunately don’t have any first-hand feedback on them. There are several neighboring communities I’m more familiar with. Are you considering a relocation to the area?

Hey Mike, I noticed you said a 1.5% downpayment, is that an error? What home loans are asking that low of initial investment? Coming from an old-school conventional loan I'm used to the standard 20%....

Laura, great observation! Currently, buyers have a LOT of financing options, some more conventional (20% down) but there are other loan programs requiring much less down, such as VA loans and USDA loans which are 0% down. There are FHA loans that typically require 3.5% down. Also, many builders will help with closing costs and often times have financial incentives of their own that sometimes require less of a downpayment from buyers. In my video, I used 1.5% down as simply an example, taking into consideration everyone will have their own specific loan program that they qualify for. Since I couldn't use every program that might be available in my example, I simply went with 1.5% just as an example of what's possible.
