That's how business should be and how businessmen and women should be . U won't understand . However , the point is not that your business failed but the fact is they tried and succeeded for decades but circumstances changed their business and they failed . However during the course of the business hundreds and even thousands got employment , contractors and their families thrived , economic activity went ahead , in one way or the other taxes got collected either directly or indirectly ( via gst , vat , excise , or employee paid tds and invested in 80c , hone loan etc etc ) . All these occured because they were entrepreneurs who took risk and gave their best . The Western countries know importance of such entrepreneurs That's why they allow to declare bankruptcy and then if possible the entrepreneur stands up again and again churns the wheel of economic activity . Unfortunately in India we condemn failures calling them corrupt , useless and wanting to send fail cases directly to jail and feel happy about it . That is why many entrepreneurs have already left India in past years and many will leave . Here things won't improve thanks to mindset that businessman or women is theif by default .
