You should do top lowest percentage of psa 10. so total psa 10s divided by total "attempts" or graded cards. That would be interesting list.

The "No Stage Error" Blastoise Base Set Holo only has 6 PSA 10's as well and I think it's the coolest of all of these, because it's the only officially-recognized WOTC Base Set holo error there is.

@@iKebz Oh yep you're right, but PSA didn't recognize it and list it on their population report until the last couple months so they show almost none, even though they've graded a few hundred. CGC has recognized it though. Good point, that's an awesome error.

It would be more beneficial for you to do your own research on that. Price and affordability are relative to what YOU want. Some WOTC holos are cheap for a reason. But it comes down to what you are willing to pay for the card

Theres going to be so many sets with holos that haven't been graded as soon as Ultra rares became the "most important" cards of the set, and same goes for when secrets started being large portions of every set. It wouldn't be hard for lots of these cards to go from 0 pop 10 to 100 10's as people have cared for cards better over time, but grading $1 holos from XY wasn't really a thing.

​@@gengarshaunt When I said holos up to 2018, I meant ultra/secret rares/promos. For example, there is the Charizard G Lv. X promo from the tins in 2009. That has only a pop of 16 10's. Limiting it to WoTC holos leaves out many cards that were worth of the list.
