We have to remember vocaloid is not Project diva or Crypton: The vocaloid core is in NicoNico/youtube, that's what makes it big. So, let's check... just in Crypton Future Media you have 6 vocaloids with official voicebanks, you only had 4. and I can offer you songs like Crescent Moon or Snowman from Kaito telling you their composition, voicebank usage and mixing are things to reach "the best"... more than levan polka, please. Also noted that you use a Fandub of Alice Human Sacrifice xD. Please not. Let me introduce you another new about vocaloid: V3/V4. Right now IA is a voicebank with superior quality than Miku and fighting the first place in popularity. Her voice is just amazing and also has her own concert. Songs like Setsuna Drive and the Kagerou saga are perfect demostrations. But we can stay in V2 if you want, let me introduce you to AHS softwere with Nekomura Iroha and Hiyama Kiyoteru: The first one with a potent clear androginous voice with great quality and the second one with a growl when growl doesn't even exist in Vocaloid (Guilty Verse). Well, both were already upgraded to V4 and they just sound amazing. But stop with voicebanks! What about authors? We are talking of best songs here, right? You list Aku no meshitsukai being (As a song) one of the worst compositions by Mothy/Akuno-P...
