One is in Askari Bank, and I plan to open a new account soon. My father will be transferring €8,400 into the new account to support the required bank statement for living expenses, as this will expedite the process compared to using my existing account due to the bank's lengthy procedures. However, the tuition fee is already available in my Askari Bank account and will be deducted from there. Additionally, the university has mentioned that I will need to present a bank statement for the past three months at the embassy. I am considering using my Askari Bank account statement for this purpose, while the €8,400 will be deposited into the new account. I am concerned whether this setup could cause any issues during my visa interview. Do you think this approach is safe, or should I take other steps to ensure there are no complications? Secondly, I would like to confirm whether it is necessary to have health insurance and living accommodation booked before visiting the Latvian embassy.
