I'm curious, I've mostly seen jingliu double harmony runs include huohuo as a sustain. Is gallagher better in AS setting because of the break?

Gallagher can break the dragon much faster but provides less attacking buff than Huohuo. Since this is AS, we need to break the enemy quickly to deal damage, so I think he is better.
