Isaiah Rashad is really what got me through it. This song in particular, I was in a point of my life where I felt like nothing was going right. This one of my favourite songs ever & now whenever I listen to it all I think about is a friend of mine who killed himself not too long ago. I remember him asking me what song this was when he heard it on a story of mine. And I think it pains me so much because i know the dark places he wouldve went to because I’ve been there too. But he did what I ultimately could not. It must get pretty bad for someone to have to take their own life. Just hope he found the peace he was looking for. Now I gotta stay strong for him!!
