1:30: I can totally relate to that ... sooo many times, customers will wait until you have finished pouring their drink before saying 'no ice' and you do just wanna stick you hand right in there and pull it out (and by 'pull it out'; I mean THEIR TONGUE) 👅👅👅😝😜😛😝 Oh, an another thing that annoys people in customer service is ... when they wait until you get right to the end of a transaction, before saying ' I have a voucher ...' 🤤😵‍💫😡😅 And when you are NOWHERE near a till, and customers ask you, ' Are you serving ? ' ... I was three steps up a ladder once, cleaning the back wall of my department, when a customer asked me that question ... and I just couldn't help looking at the wall, then at the ladder, then my cleaning supplies, and then the till, (which was a good six feet away from me,) before saying, as politely as my jaded heart could muster ' No, sorry, I'm not ...' ... OR when you're stood AT your till, and a customer asks you if you're serving ... Sometimes, I feel like saying something like ' No, sorry, I don't even work here. I just wanted to see what the view was like, on this side of the counter.' ... OR ... look them right in the eyes, and say in a shocked voice ' OMG ... You can see me ??? You can hear me ??? nobody else can see or hear me !!!... I was starting to think that I had died ... ' 🤣😉🤪 Customers man ... customers😵
