I wish the DayZ devs would just get into contact with the people who made the gun mod this server here is running, and then implement guns like this amazing SV-98 into vanilla. The sound makes this gun just feel so amazing and this mod contains *loads* of other cool guns which all are very well implemented and cause barely any bugs or weird behavior which isn't caused by DayZ itself.

I have a feeling I already know the answer that I'll get to this, but Tope; I've got quite a few hours in Dayz, but I really lack confidence in pvp as I've frankly not experienced very much, and as far as games go, pvp experience comes slower in dayz than others games. I prefer playing more "hardcore Dayz" without traders and guns everywhere, so I guess it's been a bit easier for me to hold onto my gear-fear as well. Is the best way to improve my Dayz pvp confidence to just got into a super modded server and basically play Call of Duty Chernarus? Also, any tips for finding players outside of military bases? Like are there any particularly good mid/late game spots on the map where players are most frequently travelling through? Mil base pvp is pretty boring to me

I literally looked down at my phone for 2 seconds, looked up to the death screen. The guy who killed me ended up giving me a car and my stuff back as an apology so it's all good.
