@@Lilnigx again, PRIME means BLOODBENDING. Prime means at the peak of each of their abilities. Toph has no way to defend against bloodbending except encasing herself in metal, at which point katara can just bloodbend her to feel pain until she concedes.

@@nolanc9344Prime ≠ Blood-bending because your prime state is you and your abilities at their peak, blood-bending would still apply to the same rules meaning she WOULD need a full moon to perform the blood-bending. And if you’re saying Katara’s prime was when she had blood-bending, she would still require the full moon, being in your prime doesn’t change the rules of your abilities.

@@Brando_Editzz “abilities at your peak” exactly. If we were discussing a fire bender, we would assume they had the buff from Sozin’s comet. Anything less is just pulling for one side or the other. “Both are at their peak except Tophs feet are burned so she can’t use seismic sense” no, once you introduce one thing that limits one person, you are no longer talking about peak performance. Simple as that.

@@nolanc9344 ok, but for the firebenders to have the buff from Sozin’s comet it needs to be at a distance of the earth, so if you’re a firebender in your prime and the comet isn’t in close enough distance to the earth, you do NOT have access to that buff unless the comet is close enough, the same way Katara wouldn’t have access to blood-bending if there isn’t a full moon, if she’s in her prime, her blood-bending would just be stronger, it would still require a full moon to use

speed to Toph, she got back to Ba Sing Se in a day while running on rock slides. intelligence should be a tie, Toph was smart enough to figure out metalbending. B.
