why you should not deduct 12570 (our ani is 60000 (140000-80000))

Taxable income means after deducting personal allowance 12570

i have the same doubt but where it is mentioned that 140000 is taxable income in the question, its just says employment income @@sakuntidevi9368

but in question their is not weitten I.e taxable income @@sakuntidevi9368

PA is only applicable if adjusted income is less than 125,140. and it is more in this case, thus no PA available
