Sir,I have a doubt. In your example, 0401 major head represents revenue receipt head for crop husbandry. Here, we know that this major head is revenue receipt because it starts with 0. So my curiosity is " is there any rule for 2nd or 3rd or 4th digit of major head so that we can know that it's related to crop husbandry? Shortly my question is, what does 2nd or other digit of the major head indicate/ represent?
