I would love to have something like this. I have one train set and always wanted to build a layout. I remember as a kid I got “ midnight frieght for Christmas and I’d do anything to have that set again. I can’t find it anywhere. I’d also love to have another set I had as a child. “ the coronation Scott” both bought for me for Christmas by my dad. We always planned to build a layout together but he was taken from me before we could do it. I love to watch these videos because they remind me of him. The train set smell is like no other smell to remind me of him. Thank you for uploading this. He would have sat watching these videos all day. It’s actually what I do. I’m an artist so I settle down to my work in a morning and start watching these videos while I work.

Hi Lee. I think Hornby made different Midnight Freight sets. If you are referring to the one with the Brush Type 4 Class 47 (set number R1083), there is one on ebay UK at the time of me writing this (13th October 2020). £90 plus postage. I know how you feel about the videos reminding you of your dad. My dad died this year. When I was a kid, my dad built shelves all around my bedroom for my model railway. Unfortunately, I no longer have a model railway (although I do still have some locos and rolling stock boxed up in my mum's loft)... but maybe I will get around to it again some day. Best wishes.

A quiet morning Topley Dale running session is great and should be done more often. Would love to see BR 1957-1966 Eastern/Midland Locomotive combination running session. Thank you Hornby Magazine and thumbs up for a nicely done video.

Lovely production Hornby Magazine team. The MU at the end really suited the atmosphere of Topley Dale Station. GWR

Fantastic guys! If I may Just one small adjustment needed. Remember to sound your horn (if fitted of course!) upon entering and exiting tunnels.😊

Did the hymeks have their numbers built into their bodies (if you know what I mean), why were their numbers silver?

Those class 52 westerns were a beutifull looking loco. Such a shame they had to retire them after such a short lifespan.

Your not wrong, at least we can enjoy these in miniature!

1:26 that warship looks ugly with small yellow warning panels.

I like Warships, I just found that one with a small yellow panel unusual.
