Looks like a good place to have worked on. A busy street, basic care fallen behind, usability can be restored. Persistence paid off, bit-by-bit the design began to re-emerge and the "normal house" look returned. Nice that you were able to recover a sizeable amount of walking space on the public sidewalks. That was a very appropriate choice to move hobby supplies to the back area. The front can then be the orderly area to sit out at, welcome visitors, etc. Overall, I think I'd say what you two worked on was you did three things...Caught-up, Restored and Updated. Changes over the years made it right to shift to what could be done and was needed now. Thank you for your gift to the resident, the neighborhood and the passers by.

Yard looks nice!! Bet the homeowners happy! One day the neighbor asked me why don’t you have as many bags of leaves as I do, and I told him I cut my leaves up with the lawnmower and then bag them. I have only like four bags and he’s got about 15. He said next year I’m going to use my lawnmower and cut up the leaves first.

Hi Brian, I watch your videos regularly. I'm actually one of your new subscribers. While I was watching this video, I noticed that you've used a lot of bags for the dry leaves. I have a suggestion for you, I've done this when my husband and I were picking up the dry leaves in our backyard. This is what you can do to save some bags... put the dry leaves in the bins without the plastic bags, then use your weed eater to mulch the dry leaves, I tell you it really works! You stay safe and healthy. Will be looking forward to your new videos!❤❤❤

Happy new year my friend! You should carry Epsom salts with you for those little stumps. Drill a few holes in it and sprinkle some in. It rots the stumps away 10 times faster.

Wow, huge improvement with this makeover. It's a shame that busy street is right there, blowing trash up into their yard. Too bad they couldn't bring that fence line up further alongside that sidewalk, to hopefully muffle a little of that traffic noise and minimize all the trash coming through. Finding those sidewalks was crazy! Glad you got rid of that overgrown bush. Will you be doing their back yard as well, or was it not in as bad a condition as the front?
