Thank you for your reply sir. Sorry I can't share the model due to non-disclosure agreement. My model resembles a car tire with two concentric circles linked by a mesh structure. My model is aways get error during reconstruction shape. Some of the reconstruction parts are successfully formed. For the error parts, Creo says align have errors and ask me to fix align maual. But for error parts the reconstruction curve are not existed.
