Do them regularly and be sincere and yes take out time for your hobbies and do things that make you happy. Like whatever be your passion like listening to music, singing, dancing, or hanging out with friends. Do everything along with studies and tell your parents " my school marks won't decide my future" so when you have decided your aim and goal. Work for that. And don't overthink about anything.
