Topper Harken Outhaul System Fitting Instructions.

Does the term high load on the clew block imply that this is is or should be the 'best' block on the system? If you are improving your outhaul system by adding blocks, where should your newer/better blocks be located? Clew, boom end, middle or cleat?

how long is the boom? I am going to buy a second hand topper and i am not sure if the boom it its original one. THanks in advance
