Patti you are the bomb 💣. I have tried a zillion wigs & with my small head I look like a Bobble Head Doll & everyone can tell I'm wearing a wig (no matter the $$$) . I found this video & it has changed my life 👍😊 I am thinning more in the front but had NO CLUE that I would be able to turn the XL backwards 😱 It works like a charm. Thank you for the information. It's amazing how different a wig looks different on each person! I was shocked that was an ignite on Pattie! In my thumbnail I'm wearing Tori by ROP in chocolate frost. It looks differently on me than the stock photos or even some reviews I've seen! I had to trim the bangs, but other than that its unaltered. I know Pattie teaches how to cut bangs in a wig, but I am not talented enough to follow her directions and be confident. I have found if you use thinning shears that have teeth on both sides you can chop away at the bangs on a wig with full bangs and get an incredibly good looking, and natural edge! Just FYI for those of us who are afraid to ruin a new wig! I take length off the back the same way!

If your hair is sparce in the front...get the Top Smart Topper with lace front. You use tape there where the snaps won't work.

I love it so much! I wish I could find one just like that but a little longer in the back to look like my curly wig... I love the amount of hair it has, but now that I see how short it is in the back people would really notice the difference. I'll be frank. I don't see how you could wear a topper. Doesn't the lack of biohair in back, sides, etc. show if you happen to turn your head or'catch a breeze? My own biohair is like yours, Patti. I trim it short and shave the nape for wig wearing. Even when I first started shedding hair, it was on top. A topper would have worked for a while (my "part" kept widening alarmingly), and since I had long hair, I did try various additions (pulling all the top hair back, to obscure the growing bald spot). It took a year for that "bald spot" to enlarge such that putting combs in it to hold down those toppers (and shadows to give bolster the illusion of real hair in front) to take up the first few hours of my day. What a hassle! And I was still left with the "front hair" problem--I'd always worn bangs, but what now? In sum, I question whether a woman with menopausal hair loss (female balding pattern) could get much use out of these toppers. Still, that's not the only type of balding pattern, and some women retain thicker hair on the sides, which might hold clips. Again, I look at you in this video,, and wonder how it could work. Perhaps you could do another topper video that shows how someone with your level of hair loss could use a topper. Sure looks cool for the summer!

The Jon Renau human hair easipart toppers are so thin, no coverage at all. The HD toppers will become one big knot in the wind and don't last that long. I like my uniwig topper real hair topper much better.

If you are looking for something with more coverage, we recommend looking at some of our larger topper sizes. We have them in many sizes, all the way to our largest covering the entire top of the head and a bit down the sides of the head.
