I said I don't know on what basis they actually judge in interview since you will come across many who have good profile and skills also good at answering end up getting single digit marks in interview and many who will say their interview didn't go well will score highest.

Interview is very uncertain, even aspirants getting single digit marks have good knowledge than those getting 60+ so for me to understand this higher variance is difficult.

You can answer in Hindi using inscript font. But you have to learn Hindi incript typing for it, which is an extra effort.

Hey Shriyanshi , Government schemes are not regular they come up once or twice a year that's why rbi asks all of them including old ones which are successful as well as unsuccessful. You can cover All Schemes in a week or 2 week (it's around 130) just study them deeply bcz in exam rbi asks smaller details mostly. All the best for exam👍

Then I won't have failed in IBPS PO interview twice😅 I have not mentioned it clearly but stating it here the points that worked on my favour 1. My calmness and not being panic 2. If you don't know just say I don't instead of saying anything 3. I was confident enough throughout my interview 4. Whatever I answered it was to the point 5. Show respect and have gratitude. Your overall personality matters otherwise people answering all questions should have been selected but this was not the case. Thankyou
