unpopular opinion but i feel like Topper was pushed into doing a lot of toxic things because of trauma he had. like when his mother said that "it usually is" talking about how he always does something...i feel bad for him but i know that doesn't give him a right to act like he did.

You can see topper really wanted to love sarah but she wasnt letting him love her. he was mad bc he knew what she was doing with john B. and yall cant come at him, sarah said she was ready with him and he was asking if she was sure and she said yes and she got all mad at him later for no reason. with john b she said she wasnt ready and he understood but they still did it. i bet topper wouldve understood if she wasnt ready too. Topper has a reason to be mad at sarah and john b. sarah was cheating on topper with john b while topper and sarah were still dating and john b didnt even care! wouldnt you be mad if this happened to you??

I love Sarah but she should've communicated well with Topper. Yes, he was acting pretty toxic in S1 but she kept running away when he wanted to talk about them. It's totally fine if she fell out of love for Top after meeting John B. But she'd always avoid talks and not sort out her problems with Topper which makes it look like she's the bad one here. (don't really wanna blame her as she was just 16🙄)
