Mr. Prakhar Kumar Singh has secured the All India Rank 29 in the prestigious UPSC Civil Services 2020 exam in his 2nd attempt.
He hails from the district of Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. He completed his graduation in Electrical Engineering in 2019 from IIT Roorkee. He is among one of the highest scorers in the UPSC interview.
