I just watched the documentary about that awesome group The Real Thing and ran to my laptop to listen to the whole song. I can see why they even topped the Jackson 5. This is a great song that will never go away. I can't stop humming it. When my grandma was on the edge of dying to cancer, she told me to think of her everytime i heard this song, the evening she died my whole family got together to have dinner and to catch up about her good past, my grandpa turned on the radio and this was the first thing that came out of the speakers. This phenomenonal song takes me back to a place and time in my life that is still strong in my mind and heart. Picture this, I am 18 yrs old and remember dancing alone on the dance floor at a nightclub in Cairns FNQ Australia many moons ago with family and friends. Under the crystal ball in a world of my own a bit tipsy and the world outside didn't matter. Everyone was dancing, young and carefree.
