TOPS dragonfly quick test and overview

such a simple but outstanding design/ the difined modern bushcrafing/survival knife. several pounces, full profilwe tang and thick, 4.5 inch drop point style blade. a string tip, and ergonomic handle is a woodsmans friend. micarta is grippy yet comftorble, it isnt overly aggressive. ,it has 3 brass tubes in the handle for lanyards and lashing it to a pole to reach fruit or extend your reach against boar or bear/ 1095 is a rust bucket so id reccomend cerakote to it.
one thing is its not a true scandi, its there "scandivex" so a scandi edge plus convexing plus a microbevel, its really just a sabre grind with a microbevel,
not the stock sheath is garbage... the fliimsy velcro and squishy nylon justlifts it up out of the plastic slot and you need a new sheat. so i got my friend to whip me up one. the handle is quite big compared to the big flat blade but for big burley men this wont be an issue. just needs a guard or deeper forefinger choil. 9/10!
