You should do one of these on crafter conversions as well. For all the van payloads you covered today it is worth considering the brakes as some of the higher payload T6.1 and crafters have larger brakes which are better for a heavy conversion near the max payload.

Hi Chris I used a LWB shuttle to convert to camper which I did during Covid lock down, great T32 and reg as a Multi van has all the toys and I got an ex demo one for less than the price of a panel van sold of the extra seats win win!

Personally I prefer the double passenger seat as you have the storage space underneath and a wider seat. Drawback is you can’t get in and out of the rear direct, but never caused me an issue.

I've seen third party swivel plates on the double seat before, so it's still doable!

If you bought one to convert, how does it stand with the warranty? I take it you couldn't finance it as you couldn't hand it back converted.
