I saw that the Bealy Good Pond is officially full, water in the overflow. This will end up being a very nice tranquil spot for you to relax some day. I know relax is not in your vocabulary but some day.

Stay tuned Chris says. You'd better believe we subs will be waiting daily like little kids waiting for our favorite aftrr school cartoon to come on. We may grow old but we never truly grow up. Watching Chris operating his equipment is way better than any unreality show now slamming broadcaat tv. It's a master class in excavation equipment operation.

Chris I enjoy all of your videos, but I think the one's of you working on your own projects are the best! You seem to have more fun and that makes it more entertaining! Thank you for helping this old man laugh and relax (no stress). You have a great attitude about your work and that, my friend, is commendable! I also want to thank you for introducing us to another great guy, cottontop3. I've been following his channel since he worked with you on your job. He's like you, explains the work where you can understand. I'm having a blast watching you creating your new pond! Take care and I'll see you in your next one! 👍👍🇺🇲🙏❤️

I remember when you were pushing the dirt on the Bealy pond and look at it today! You did an amazing job on his pond! It’s beautiful Chris and filled up now! He’s got deer, foxes, turkeys and no telling what else wildlife gathering at his feeder at all hours! Really cool, you made a place for all the little animals there! I can tell Jeff loves his pond! That’s why you’re the ( Pond Master) my friend! This pond is going to be beautiful too, I know that!

You could put a mound of dirt in your cattle pasture where you feed hay to your cattle and this will make it dryer for cattle when they eat hay! I live in north central Minnesota and I feed hay in hay rings so I build mounds and feed my cattle and it stays much dryer than the low areas. I am only suggesting this so you might consider my advice!

That's the traditional way yo make a pond its called puddling. The put so much weight in such a small space they make it anaerobic. The flipsude is putting quicklime on the ground. It soaks up the water and t hen they can never puddle it. Usually used in gateways where they always trample it.

Having a nice little puddle in the corner will be awesome for family and friends. I wish my land wasn't nothing but rock. I guess it has its pros, but not for a pond. I want a pond so bad and I have the best spot for it. Damn glacial till.

I agree it’s always more fun working on your own stuff and finally seeing your vision coming to fruition and the pride you feel when it’s done because you did it on your free time as it aloud and not under a schedule to finish it plus the only thing that would make it better is if instead of the modern 220 digging it you were using an old dragline then it would definitely be a old fashioned pond build hopefully one day you’ll get one

Might be time to go ahead and change out the zerks just to rule out those being the reason for the squeaks. Maybe take the time to push the pins out as well to clean out the bushings to see if there's a gob of goo (mud/dirt mixed with grease) stuck in there somewhere that's keeping an area from getting grease. Catching issues early keeps them from turning into cash pits.

Chris, if you find that you are NOT getting good water penetration in your hay fields, look into applying ThioCal (Calcium Thiosulphate) to the fields. The thiocal breaks the clay’s ionic bonds replacing them with calcium ions. This allows water & fertilizer to penetrate deeper into the soil giving roots an environment to grow deeper and healthier Also, you might consider getting your county or local university extension service to performing a soil analysis with particular focus on the micro-nutrients required for the hay field, which ultimately yields a higher quality and nutritional hay for your livestock. Very best wishes on your Paradise venture! 👍👍👊👊
