Well it is equal to 8 cs, and with +2 runes able to buy bottle with items, will has good starting point to win mid lane and late game you just play casual alche like usual, thinking it still dota 2 without facet update xD

Well in high immortal every smal difference matters. Extra gold in the start is insane for them. For normal plebs like us its just mediocre, cause we cant really handle early good enougth to make it worth.

@@MrPopogood That extra 250 gold allows you to buy more stat items, helping you win trades, especially against melee heroes, or out-sustain/heal them by being able to buy more heal or buy bottle early, which in turn wins you trades and allows you to zone enemies. Guess what happens when you zone out enemies? you get denies and last hits while the enemy hero is forced to stay near their tower because they can't win trade due to having lower stats/health. At your bracket, 250 gold is just 250 gold, but as you get better at the game, you will realize that the extra 250 gold can help Alche snowball by helping him win the lane, and thus get early radiance and snowball further, as shown in the video.

Thanks for your reply again, that makes a lot of sense. I don't play a lot of alchemist myself so was unaware of it
