Not brilliant. That's horrible training and wasn't even supposed to be part of the bit. Teaching a dog to attack outside of the dog being a personal protection dog shows that he's not a responsible dog owner. Intentionally making a dog attack someone without reason makes the dog stupid aggressive - especially a little dog. They already have god-complexes and naturally act up in this manner. Training it to be even more aggressive is horrible and a liability. You not only risk the dog being put down because it bit someone (And yes, little dogs can cause you to need stitches because it's happened to me) but you also risk the dog getting attacked and killed by a bigger, more protective dog. I have a german shepherd that IS trained for personal protection, and he nearly killed a yorkie because it was unreasonably aggressive towards him and he snapped after it happened too many times. If he intentionally trained a YORKIE to attack without reason, then he shouldn't be a dog owner.
