I totally agree with the sleep schedule. I have several illnesses and still get up and go to bed the same time. I rarely nap. I've also found to avoid anxiety keep off Facebook and try to do real world things.

1. The perfect moment 2. *Constant scrolling* 3. Irregular cycles ( its important to keep your sleep schedule consistent on a regular basis) 4. Oversized Ambitions ( replace your lofty Oversized Ambitions with smaller more concrete goals ) 5. Stressful habits ( quit unhealthy habits and replace it with good habits ) 6. Persistent tardiness ( are you late for everything? ) 7. Unproductive fixation ( don't waste your time obsessing over things you cannot change ) 8. Hitting snooze ( reclaiming a few minutes of your time allows you to control your morning ) 9. Emotional decisions ( do you make impulsive or irrational decisions? ) 10. The deep end ( don't dive into the deep end before you've learned how to swim)

Interesting post. Honestly tho, I feel it's waaaaay more complicated than that. Sometimes people do "wait" and patience hugs their soul for the proper path before diving into situations they shouldn't dive into. It's not being lazy or afraid. It's about individualism. Different people have different paths. It's different for different people. But I know you mean well and agree with a lot of the advice. Peace and love

I love this video, it helps us recognize bad habits in our lives so we can make something about it. We deserve to live well and happily. Quiting bad habits help us with that goal. We need to be intentional about the change that we want in our lives and we don't have to do everything at the same time, but "line upon line" (2 Nephi 28:30)... "by small and simple things are great things brought to pass "(Alma 37:6)

1. Waiting for the perfect moment to act 2. Browsing / Scrolling through social media ... was gonna list these out so no one else has to waste 10 minutes of their life in a video where this listicle could be summarized in less than 30 seconds, but I can't make it till the end (since this is way too mundane).

From my own point of view, you need to invest smartly, if you need the good things of life. so far i've made over $505k in raw profits from just q4 of the market from my diversified portfolio strategy and i believe anyone can do it you have the right strategy. mutual funds takes long time but investing smartly is the key for short term. Most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.

Ok good. He didn't mention video games as a bad habit. Now I love playing video games. It's a great hobby to do. Of course I have other hobbies like playing tennis, running, cooking, creating my own story books, and watching self-development such as this channel, and working at my job to become a better person. Video games is something I like to do for fun, and people would always judge me for playing video games. Video games is only a bad habit if you play them 24/7 and not doing anything else with your life. Now if you have a job as a gamer, then it's a great paying job to do for playing video games. This is another good sign that playing video games is not that bad of a habit if you use your time wisely. Now for TV/ and movies, I really hate. I just don't find tv fun to watch at all. It takes away so much time just by staring at the tv screen doing nothing. TV sucks. Video games are better.

many of your points involve uniformity of mindset for all and a commitment to being a type A personality. I'm a lifelong type B personality which has become virtually extinct in America. Don't just stand there... do nothing. let the rats run their race if that's what they like. Contentment is as good for some as (success)?
