The sad part is that it's not stacked. The CV automatically extinguish fires every 5 seconds while the DCP is active, so he just set multiple fires on the same part after they got extinguished. Otherwise that CV would be ticking down more than 5k HP a second lol

@@TheSailingRobin oh hey robin! exactly no I know, it’s insane. They try to balance it by giving CVs higher damage by percentage but the fires literally last 5 sec so it makes no difference. And 60 second DCP. balance at its finest 👍🏽👍🏽
