It is basically a Tier 8 Tone but bumped up to Tier 9. The only difference from the Tone is smoke, better planes and the ability to mount the slot 6 upgrades. Everything else is the same as Tone, therefore it suffers the same drawbacks Tone does such as s low DPM, slow turret traverse and poor armour and low HP. And you get the additional downside of matching up against the Tier 11 superships.
