As a member of the church which I will soon be a former member I encourage you all to actually pay attention to what our priests are staying. I have taken with me non Ethiopians to the Christian Orthodox faith 2 show them what we believe to be true. But not only have I been disrespected but so has my guests. My mother and father and other family members support me on this decision to leave the church and they are considering to leave the church as well over this. I will be going to the church to speak with our priests and elders. If this incident happens again I will call and assembly with the priests and elders and will call in assembly outside of the church if it happens again. Don't follow blindly

I don't think leaving the true path because of individuals is the correct thing, love. Take time to think it through. The Orthodox Church isn't represented solely by the Priests u met. There are individuals that might not act like how they were supposed to act, but that shouldn't be taken as the standard to measure the Orthodox faith. ❤❤

Things I don't see before yet is written in Scripture I claim I followed as truth . I thought my church has the answer yet when asked don't answer. Do you think if I believe what I believe what I believe but chose not to get to building that is preaching I won't make it ?? scripture says to ask the priests ,so if we ask and they don't or can't answer then who is to say they are 100 % correct.we have one life . One chance to get it right. So your saying if you see something wrong or strange you will just say but who cares I'll just forget what I just saw ?! If you walk with your kids and someone said I'll shoot if you move would you say I heard it but you know it's cool. Sorry I can't do it. I'm not saying I'm leaving Orthodox.im saying I'm not going to go to a place that does not do right. And I'm not going to do the things I notice need to be answered first, otherwise I'm just flowing blindly,
