I bought a record player like that in either December 1964 or January 1964. I was a first year student nurse. I paid 2/- 2 shillings equivalent to 10p these days, from a second hand shop near the hospital I was working at, at the time. We moved around 4 hospitals every three months so it was brilliant for the constant moving. We had to travel on the bus. I love seeing things like this I feel 18 again. I'm 76 now and can't see well enough to drive. I see lots of things you don't look at that I would have bought.

For me, I just like to see what things are out there at different car boots. And believe me not everyone watches these video for the reselling aspect but for the car boot parts and that's it. There is huge car booting community, who don't really care for the reselling. Just keep the long car boot videos coming and you will be pleasing both fans.!

Vintage alarm clocks looked nice when you bought the 4 pots - the boots were a shoe in for a tenner - put it into perspective.... you’ll pay that for a clunky hostess thing that’ll stick around for ages potentially but didn’t pick up solid branded shoes

Another good long video. I would have walked from those avon bottles looking at some and just not enough money in them, you did however miss out on a good possible buy from the same store you bought the red radio from, I won't tell you just yet but I have had good sales from them with some selling upwards of £100 and they are sold very cheap at boot sales. Will let you stew on it for a day or 2 then let you know what it was :)
