Great episode of Stompaholics. Cockington looks like a fab day out! It's sad how the seaside towns of the UK are often so neglected. On a good day, our coastline is hard to beat, yet the towns seem to rely so much on their past glory days to attract visitors. I have friends that live in Torquay centre, and I know there are certainly challenges with some of the locals! Fabulous place to live though. That constant sea air. I envy you !! Take good care Nick. Again good walking historical video Nick as we in Ontario Canada are still waiting for spring to make an appearance. The scenery was fantastic even palm trees & other greenery as springtime in the UK. The lakes should be called ponds or overgrown puddles for if you can’t float a boat in them the designation of lake is an oxymoron but nevertheless in a beautiful scenic location. I see you guys still drive on the wrong side of the road LOL perhaps you might educate those who don’t know that origin to the reason why. Keep up the travelogue Nick I enjoy your videos & insights.

Also we are still in total lockdown, and are not allowed yet to go out walking. Everywhere is dead at this time. This despite our very low infection rate, in fact in Puerto del Carmen, no cases at all. Anyway it will improve eventually, we hope, as we need tourists to survive. But weather is normally good.

I told him one night that if he slept with his head under the pillow the tooth fairy would come along and take all his teeth out! I also informed him he would get about £30 for all those teeth. Nevertheless, he had a nightmare that night and told his mum the next day what I had said. The wife put me on the naughty step for a week!
