@@VeluBeru what time of year you are cooking said dish makes a huge difference, are the ingredienced fresh,or are they canned, or dried and preserved. only a school trained chef, would use canned tomatoes and kid themselves that it is as good as fresh tomatoes. italy alone, has difgerent recipes depending on whether you are from the mountains in the north, or the southern shoreline regions. only a trained french chef, would think everything is the same, no matter where you are from. different strokes for different folks... something you should have learned in schoolp
